Thanks for the short and insightful post! I entirely agree with the last point; start small. For the past months, I have been trying to build a new habit of being more organized. In the beginning, I made a big change in a short time, but it didn't last long because I lost motivation. I read that it's better to start small and be consistent, and it is really a game-changing moment. I also use task management software to write down my to-do lists and track them down. I'd recommend Todoist and Quire.
