The Decision to Fast.
The weather is starting to get colder, and when the lungs feel weaker, I sometimes avoid jogging. So on weekends, I try to stick to eating just one meal, replacing food intake with sufficient sleep instead.
To help the body recover better and improve concentration, if the hunger becomes unbearable, I’ll eat plain nuts without any added seasoning to curb the hunger.
This is already the second day of implementation, and I’m starting to feel hunger pangs. It does occasionally affect my focus, but I’ll continue to give it a try.
It might not be feasible on regular weekdays, but at least I’ll try to stick to this plan on weekends as much as possible.
