I worked overtime last night and was so tired that I fell asleep immediately, forgetting to update. It seems I’ve been putting into practice what I wanted: prioritizing sleep.
A lot has happened this year, but recently I’ve started to regain some focus. The year is almost over, and I haven’t achieved the goals I set at the beginning of the year. So, can I reach my goal of switching jobs in the coming year?
Originally, I planned to achieve this in two years, but I want to try to finish it within one year instead. There are many challenges at work, but I must prioritize my own needs. Without good physical and mental health, I won’t be able to sustain my work anyway.
