Computer science students: do you have classes about tools?

I'm talking about things like version control, the command line, IDEs, etc.
Things that are wonderfully explained in the following MIT course, "The Missing Semester of your CS Education"

And I'm wondering, since I got out of school in 2004 and such classes weren't in the cursus: is it still the case? And is there a difference between "classic" schools and bootcamps?
