I’m not sure what draws me to a job posting, but what makes me not want to apply is the phrase “must work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment”. That line there makes me feel like the company does not value its employees. As an employer you should aim for a product development strategy that doesn’t put that much stress on people or they are going to burn out, and you are probably going to get crappy code anyway. There are a few people can work well in those conditions, but they are special.
My professional interests are cloud and big data technologies, machine learning, and software development. I like to read source code and research papers to understand how stuff works.
