Also, if you want to repost articles that you shared on Medium, you should be able to import these posts via RSS... check out Publishing to DEV Community 👩💻👨💻 from RSS in /settings/extensions. That'll make it easier for you to write your blog posts in one spot (Medium) and easily repost them here. To be clear, you can't set up auto-repost... once you set up the RSS link, your posts from Medium should auto import into your dashboard where you can edit and publish them.
Final tip: If you're trying to build up a readership, I recommend not publishing all your imported posts at once, but trickling them out one by one. The homepage (relevant) feed favors current articles, so it's a good tactic to regularly release new posts... and it's much easier to do that if you have a dashboard full of drafts to let out slowly.
