Everyday: (=7d/w)

  • Sleeping enough (8-9hrs)
  • 3 * 30min of Walking
  • 30min Powerlifting
  • Good Posture / Avoid Sitting / Standing or Lying for Work
  • Eating my Veggies (1kg per day)
  • Breathing Meditations
