Joint venture on twitter API pro plan to split costs.

I'm looking for a Joint venture on twitter API to split costs.

Looking to buy the twitter API Pro ($5000/month) package and the price is a bit too steep for longterm usage for me. I'm looking for 2-3 people to split it with if they also need the API for certain tasks for their business.
