I feel like creating my own PHP CMS

Hey everyone,
I'm Vadoh and I needed a small kind of advice, will it be nice if I start creating my own PHP Script Content Management System...

Or I should just by a PHP Script from Code Canyon!

Have you made your decision?
If not, follows my advice:

Start your own CMS if:

• you want build something to meet very specific requirements (I would suggest you give more details.)
• you want learn how to do it

Buy some script on Code Canyon if:

• you found some CMS there, which meets all your requirements
• you don't have time to lose reinventing the wheel

Otherwise, I suggest you to get something ready, or some example to read and use it as base. Take a look into github.com/tsawler/intermediate-ph...
I've took a course from this author on Udemy, but unfortunately is not available anymore.
