I'm trying to figure what will be the best way to deploy Live HLS stream so the m3u8 file that concatenates all TS static files (on a CDN) will be updated every "Target duration" and let video player get the updated chunk list.
TS files are already passed encoding and stored on a CDN with multiple bit rates, and a service is creating the m3u8 for - master + one for each resolution.
What will be the best way to deploy it so it will handle a scalable amount of requests from across the globe?
