Lately, I’ve been working closely with my co-founder, @alexandru-ene-dev, on a project born from a simple observation: for any small business or solo-operator, the inbox can easily become the place where opportunities die quietly. Not because they don’t care. Not because they don’t want to reply. But because they’re busy doing the actual work!
Why did we build Rappelo❓
When you're responsible for running a business, you inevitably take on multiple roles to keep everything moving. Even during moments of deep focus or important meetings, you want to stay in control and be the first to respond to a client. However, operational reality often gets in the way, the intention to reply "right after I finish this task" frequently turns into an unintentional oversight.
The Real Problem
We’ve noticed that most businesses reply hours or even days later. Not because they don't care, but because they are busy doing the actual work. Customers tend to choose the first business that responds. They go with whoever gives them attention while their interest is at its peak. If you let more than 30 minutes pass, the chances of closing that deal decrease considerably.
Every minute of waiting reduces the probability of a sale or a booking. We didn’t build Rappelo to "hunt" people, but because we want to be that first hand reached out. We want to help you to be the most helpful and prompt partner for your customers, showing them that you value their time from the very first second.
