First, it's a weird question for a developer. I mean we usually try to build what we want. But even if it's a genuine question, he will understand quickly that nobody wants to do it. In short, he will learn that it doesn't work that way.

If a beginner ask this question, somebody can explain that RAM can't be downloaded. If he doesn't, he might keep a big misconception and make mistakes because of it.
