Hi Jenna! Read your post! It's 2-3 blog posts long, but I'm glad I stuck around until the end. Because people don't like to fail, they often don't try new things to take them to the next level. And that's how people get stuck at a certain place. It really takes a lot of courage to risk what you have for something so unsure.
But to your point, it's not about recklessly driving your career off a cliff, but instead, taking intelligent, calculated risks to get yourself to the next level. I also agree with your point that some doors are 1-way doors, while some are 2-way doors.
Last year, I quit my first job to join an international company. It was one of the greatest risks I made. There were a few things I regret about how it came down, but I don't regret joining my current employer now. It did work out in the end for me, and I would never have known this if I didn't have the courage to try, to be vulnerable to that chance of failure.

Hey Raphael! Thanks for the feedback. I should probably break this post up a bit more 😁
Happy to hear you took a risk and you were vulnerable to that chance of failure. I've definitely been there myself and I'm glad it worked out for you.
