The best way I've found to protect against this, at least for web site credentials, is FIDO2/WebAuthn keys (ex. Yubico keys).
Usually 2FA is still vulnerable to phishing, but hardware keys generally mitigate this risk a lot more effectively (ex. yubico.com/blog/creating-unphishab...).
