With Continuous Deployment, every change that passes all the different stages of the production pipeline is released to the users. There's no human intervention, and only a failed test will prevent a new change to be deployed to production.

What’s the Difference between Continuous Delivery and Continuous Deployment?
Simply put, Continuous Integration is part of both continuous delivery and continuous deployment. The major difference between Continuous Delivery and Continuous Deployment is that Continuous Deployment focuses on the actual deployment, and Continuous Delivery focuses on the release and release strategy.
