Hello, world! I found you through a github author's website, looked around a bit, and decided to stay a while and share a coffee with you guys.
I'm a retired chemistry teacher and I used to do a lot of programming when I was younger. I thought I would get back into it and I am so surprised how much I remember from so long ago!
The commas and semicolons are in different places and there are great battles fought about the advantages of spaces vs tabs! When I started and for most of the time I did my programming, the social community was just about none unless you were in a large college CS program. I've been excited to find such a welcoming group of people wherever I turn.
I hope I can offer something of value once in a while. In the meantime, I'll sip my coffee and make interesting and random comments from the corner of the room.
