Coating inspection: The coating of the display screen should not fall off to ensure the durability and beauty of the screen.
Color consistency: Check whether the color of the screen is consistent, without color cast or dimming, to ensure the uniformity of the display effect.
Silk screen quality: The silk screen content should be clear, complete, uniform in color, without burrs, defects, tailing or pollution. All silk screen content, position, pattern and font size should be strictly implemented according to the design requirements of the drawing.
Color contrast: The color should be consistent with the sample, and there should be no obvious color difference under natural light or fluorescent light, and the color difference between the same batch of products should be minimized. The coating surface should be smooth, flat and uniform, without defects such as non-drying re-sticking, particles, leakage, pitting, flowery, wrinkled, mechanical damage, etc.

Nuts and nut columns: Each nut and nut column must be processed with back-threading to ensure that the screws can be smoothly locked in and ensure the stability of the box.
Assembly requirements: Check whether the overall assembly of the box is processed according to the drawings. All accessories (such as locks and hinges) must use existing standard parts, and their mechanical strength and sealing performance must be guaranteed during assembly.
Welding quality: The welding of each welding point of the box must be firm, without false welding, leaking welding, etc. The welding points must be smoothed, the welds must be scraped, the welds must be polished to seal and waterproof, smooth and flat without sharp corners.
Module hole accuracy: After the punching and welding of the LED module hole, the flatness of the front should be ensured, and the surrounding panels should not be warped or deformed. The flatness error is less than 1MM, the size of the positioning holes on the front panel of the cabinet is strictly controlled, and the hole size and hole spacing error is less than 0.1mm. The X and Y directions of the group hole axis should be on the same straight line, and the straight lines should be perpendicular to the edge of the cabinet, with a verticality of less than 1mm.
