The Problem: When Reality Becomes Unreliable

Last month, our adverse media screening flagged a legitimate SME director for "involvement in financial fraud". The alert came from what looked like a credible financial news article, complete with quotes and regulatory references. The challenge is that AI-generated content often passes traditional authenticity checks. The domain might be new, but it's hosted on legitimate infrastructure.
