Most note-taking systems fail at the same point: you can capture and summarize, but you can’t decide what to write next.
A simple Obsidian workflow that fixed this for me:
1) Inbox (capture)
2) Extract (Fact / Mechanism / Implication)
3) Claim (1 sentence)
4) Minimum Draft (hook → 3 sections → next action)
I packaged the templates as a minimal Obsidian-ready vault (plus AI prompt notes).
