I started/continued to code in 2019 because...I wanted to and I got sick of waiting around for my job/career to provide the opportunity.
I deserve credit for...learning a bit of R, a bit of Python, and getting through my first official "coding assignment"
I hope to see my work community... consciously and deliberately build extra time and resources into the workloads/schedules of unrepresented folks to expand our skills. I promise it will pay off.
