I have a daughter (as well as a beautiful wife) and this topic is of great relevance to me. Not just at home but work, tech - just life. Sometimes, when executing an idea or project (school or work), we must open ourselves up to criticism and that can be scary.
Let's teach girls to be brave in the face of criticism and resistance. Our girls and women have great ideas and contributions to make and they should be willing and free to do and share them.
