No other way than to switch company. This kind of attitude is prevailing in the tech industry where everyone thinks that they are the best and don't pay any attention to others. I also suffered from the same problem in my first company and decided to quit my job. looking back now, that was the best decision i ever made as i'm very happy in my recent company.
