It was a great experience as open source is a great way to learn and give back to the community !

Open source celebration hacktoberfest is really great but we have to understand that it is not only about a Pull Requests which counts but it offers opportunities to practice leadership and management skills, such as resolving conflicts, organizing teams of people, and prioritizing work.
