I'm facing an issue with Luxand and could use some help.
I used the trial key to set up the service, and it worked perfectly in my environment. However, now that I’ve switched to the paid key provided by my company, I’m unable to activate it. The SDK doesn’t seem to accept the key or associate it with my environment correctly.
I’ve already confirmed that the key provided by Luxand is valid and active. I’ve also kept the same configuration I used with the trial key, but the paid key isn’t working.
Has anyone experienced this before or knows what might be causing the issue? The trial key worked without any problems, but the paid key is giving me trouble.
I’d appreciate any help!
