6. How to create AWS account?

You need a valid credit card.
Phone number.
Go to Sign-up page and create new account: https://portal.aws.amazon.com/billing/signup#/account

7. Recommend actions:

Enable MFA for AWS accounts.
Using root user for administrator tasks, otherwise using IAM user.
Enable Billing Alarm to notify everywhen cost out of budget.
If you using secret keys, don's share key or public key to public storage provider (ex: GitHub).
