But on the other hand I find a huge lack of quality articles and tutorials in my native language, and it's probably true for many other countries and languages as well. And while it's indeed necessary to learn English to be an excellent IT specialist nowadays, a lot of people want to try programming as their hobbies or to solve some particular task in hand. They don't have to learn English upfront to do what they need to and they don't want to become professional developers. For these people native language content may be crucial
