 I Ditched 3 Email Apps for 1: My New Workflow

As a developer, my day is spent in two places: my IDE and my email. The problem was, "email" meant 3 different apps:
1.Gmail (Personal)
2.Outlook (Work)
3.Gmail 2 (GitHub notifications, side projects)

This constant context-switching was killing my focus. I found a single app that fixed this: Email App - All Mail Anywhere

Here’s my new, simpler workflow.

  1. The "Single Source of Truth"
    All accounts now feed into one unified inbox. I no longer miss critical PR comments because they were buried in the wrong app.

  2. The AI "Reply Bot"
    I use the AI assistant to handle simple, repetitive replies ("Acknowledged," "On it," "Thanks for the update"). This saves me mental energy.

  3. The Post-Call Sync
    This is the hidden gem: The post-call email prompt. After a quick sync with my PM, it prompts me to send a summary immediately.

My New Workflow
function checkEmail
open(AllMailApp);
Time wasted = 2 mins

Conclusion
This all-in-one email app is the best productivity hack I've adopted this year. It gave me back my focus.
