When will be next pyangbind version available for user which contain pybindIETFXMLEncoder class

pyangbind 0.8.1 is the latest version available. But it doesn't have pybindIETFXMLEncoder class for generating xml object. But it is available in git repository of robshakir. https://github.com/robshakir/pyangbind/releases

So when it will available in standard release?
