My Learning Journey in the 5-Day AI Agents Intensive Course
Participating in the 5-Day AI Agents Intensive Course with Google and Kaggle has been one of the most valuable learning experiences in my AI journey. Before joining, I had only a basic understanding of AI agents, but this program helped me build a clear and structured foundation through step-by-step lessons and hands-on practice.
Throughout the course, I learned how agents think, plan, make decisions, call tools, and interact with the world around them. Concepts like tool-calling, memory, multi-step reasoning, and agent architecture were especially fascinating. Every lesson gradually expanded my understanding of how modern AI agents work behind the scenes.
The highlight of the intensive was the capstone project. For my project, I built:
🟦 Smart_Life_Companion_Agent2.0
This agent was designed to act as a personal companion that can assist with everyday tasks through reasoning, planning, and tool usage. Building this project taught me how to combine all the components of an agent—planning, memory, tool functions, and structured responses—into a single working system. It was the first time I built a fully functional agent end-to-end, and it boosted my confidence tremendously.
The daily tasks, mentorship, example notebooks, and discussions in Kaggle’s Discord community all helped deepen my understanding. Whenever I got stuck, the shared insights and explanations were incredibly helpful.
Overall, this intensive not only improved my technical skills but also strengthened my problem-solving approach. It inspired me to continue exploring AI agents, automation, and real-world intelligent systems.
I am grateful to Google and Kaggle for creating such a practical, beginner-friendly, and impactful learning experience. I look forward to applying my new knowledge to future AI projects and continuing my journey in this exciting field.
