Very true! Zuckerberg does have the stats advantage by a lot. Exactly like you said — youth, better shape, and actual fighting experience. The only thing Elon has going for him is his larger size, but if he's all mush, then it's not likely going to be much help.
If it really becomes serious, I'd imagine that Musk will get some training in, but Zuckerberg has a huge head start. As it stands, I'd have to put my money on Zuck.
Zuckerberg is 12 years younger than Musk, in way better shape, and actually does martial arts as a pretty active hobby.
He also recently provided data that he's in pretty great shape.
