How can I efficiently manage and compile PDFs and Office files into a single package with SharePoint integration?

I'm working in a construction project management environment where we handle large volumes of PDFs, Word, Excel, and Visio files — often 100+ pages — for submittals and as-built packages. We need a solution that allows us to:

Drag and drop files

Reorder pages and documents

Add markup (annotations, highlights, etc.)

Export everything as a single PDF

Integrate with SharePoint for file storage and access

Is there any tool or document manager that supports this workflow effectively? I came across CapyDocs
