I Built My Dream App in a Few Prompts — No Coding Experience Required
I had an idea I couldn't stop thinking about. It's hard to keep up with trends and new slangs nowadays especially with social media. Something new is always trending every second. My idea was to make a newspaper that was AI-generated and Gen Z-coded that gave you a recap on all the latest gossip of the past week, month or even day. And you pick which categories that are most relevant to you. You can even go as far as pasting the headline or news, you're most interested in to get a snappy and quirky rewrite and explanation. That way you never miss out on anything. I wanted to read it with my friends every week and send around the most chaotic editions.
I had the idea but not the time or the expertise required to bring this novel idea to life.
The idea sat in my notes for weeks until I found MeDo.
What is The Chronically Online Gazette?
The Chronically Online Gazette is an AI-powered pop culture newspaper generator. You pick your categories — celebrity drama, K-pop, gaming, memes, film & TV, fashion, or literally any niche you can think of — choose a time range, optionally paste in headlines you want covered, and the app generates a full newspaper edition written in peak Gen Z voice. How MeDo Made It Happen
I came to MeDo with the vibe, not the code. A few prompts in, I had a working app. Not only does it code but it also provides the code, mark down document and even gives a summary of the changes made so you can follow along no matter what programming level you're on.
If you've ever had a creative app idea that felt too technical to pursue, MeDo closes that gap fast. Check them out at https://medo.dev.
