I guess it's not that easy to employ a 15 y.o officially. In my country, there's a law that forbids full time job for people under age 16 (they can work up to 4 hours per day, though). I guess that's the same in your country as well.
You can, however, contribute to an open source project that has a company behind it and there's a good chance they will hire you. I did that and I have an invite to a company but unfortunately I'm not ready to move to another country yet.
