Can't really say I've had many good ones. Been rejected almost every time because of my age (I'm 15), including application for internships and fellowships.
My best one was recently when I got an internship with a Silicon Valley startup. Didn't need any resume or complications. Just did a little project. (Lasted only two weeks, though; since the founders were focusing more on launch and wouldn't be able to mentor me as much). Hands down best experience.
I guess it's not that easy to employ a 15 y.o officially. In my country, there's a law that forbids full time job for people under age 16 (they can work up to 4 hours per day, though). I guess that's the same in your country as well.
You can, however, contribute to an open source project that has a company behind it and there's a good chance they will hire you. I did that and I have an invite to a company but unfortunately I'm not ready to move to another country yet.

True! Thanks a lot. Will definitely try that.
