Why I Started Building PulseUI: A New Approach to CRM Interfaces

For more than ten years, I’ve worked inside CRM architectures, UI limitations, and workflows that never truly adapted to real operational needs. Over time, a pattern became impossible to ignore: teams weren’t struggling because of lack of effort — they were struggling because the tools themselves were structurally outdated.
PulseUI was born from that experience.

It’s not “just another UI layer,” but an attempt to rethink how CRM interfaces should behave: modular, sustainable, and genuinely aligned with how people actually work.
Over the next weeks, I’ll share more about the team, the design philosophy, and the technical foundations behind the project. I’d love to hear your thoughts, critiques, or questions — community feedback at this stage is incredibly valuable.
If you want to follow the project or get in touch, here’s the contact page:

Thanks for reading — and for any insight you want to share.
