I've not been able to work with many women in the industry, sadly, but I recognize and respect the myriad of problems our industry has - including those exemplified by having not had many female development coworkers over the years in smaller organizations. Some of the demographic problems will take time to resolve, but the behavior problems can and should be addressed immediately.
