API for complex doc processing

We've been working on Koncile, a tool for complex document processing, including data extraction, table data, splitting, auto-cleaning of extracted data, and plenty more.
Our main use case is invoice processing, especially when invoices contain multiple, complex tables that most OCR engines struggle to capture reliably. Things get even trickier when layouts vary from one supplier to another, when line items span multiple pages, or when totals need to be reconciled against extracted rows.
