π Ingredients
- Β½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- Β½ cup unsweetened applesauce
- β cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ΒΌ cup almond flour
- 2 eggs
- β cup monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Β½ tsp baking powder
- ΒΌ tsp salt
- β cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)

- Preheat oven to 350Β°F. Line an 8x8β pan with parchment.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, applesauce, eggs, and vanilla.
- Stir in cocoa, almond flour, sweetener, baking powder & salt.
- Fold in chocolate chips (optional).
- Pour into pan and spread evenly.
- Bake 22β25 min. Cool, slice, enjoy!
