  • Β½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Β½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • β…“ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ΒΌ cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • β…“ cup monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Β½ tsp baking powder
  • ΒΌ tsp salt
  • β…“ cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F. Line an 8x8” pan with parchment.
  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, applesauce, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Stir in cocoa, almond flour, sweetener, baking powder & salt.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips (optional).
  5. Pour into pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake 22–25 min. Cool, slice, enjoy!
