Facing issue in PWA app

Hi , i am creating a PWA game app using HTML5 Games, one game have index.php file and when i am trying to play it then insteap of play screen index.php file downloading -here is demo link of PWA - ( Facing issue in " stack & earn " game and other games have index.html so they are working perfectly ) how can i resolve this issue
