How much do you know about your country?
I agree most of you will know about the geography, society, prevailing conditions, controversies or the names of famous personalities right or maybe a little bit about the achievements too.
But are you aware of the laws of the country?
Just like many of us, I didn't know much about our country, although I knew a little bit but that too because of social media which I'll always Be grateful for. But then I became a student of Humanity and to be very honest things changed from that period on. I read about our constitution, history, geography And whatnot. Believe me, there are so many things to be proud of. You can refer to to know how much importance our constitution Holds.
When I read about the Constitution I realized so many of my misconceptions were wrong about society, nation and whatnot. But I was only able to understand it all because of my mentor's guidance because I understand how complicated language is in our constitution ( yes everything has its drawbacks). And just because of the complexity we as common people never access it but while Doing my internship I came across a book based on the Indian Constitution which solely had been explained in the most basic terms. The best thing was that it didn't take me a lot of time or energy to read it and I was able to do it in flow.

As an aware citizen, I feel we all should know our basic rights and duties to protect ourselves, to make the world a better place and to make the government accountable .
