If you could just take a moment and go to Google and search about the leading causes of death in India you will know the word Mental illness appears in the highlight. For a fact acc. to National Crimes Investigation Records (NCIR), the suicide rate in India has risen to 12.4 percent per lakh population.
Why are mental health cases so high?
The work schedule we have, the social media pressure, and the urge to have it all or to be the best have raised the pressure on individuals due to the growing population and competitiveness where survival is becoming a problem. You know we humans can realize things very late and the worst Is we act upon them when we think the impact is going to be on us too. I believe India ( by that I mean us ) is going through a lot of changes and we can't just rely on the government to make everything okay for us. So why can't we take the control in our hands and why can't we reflect upon our fundamental duties being a citizen and more importantly being a human? It's high time we start doing that. For that you don't have to start from big things or wait for the perfect opportunity, you can just start from small changes because even big things in life are achieved by small yet consistent efforts.

I believe it will be a major change to give our kids the future that we wanted.
