Keep at it. Those small wins will build up to a big win eventually. πŸ’ͺ Also, I hear ya about routine. Pre-pandemic, I was training hard at the gym 3 days a week and swimming one day a week. Now it’s been reduced to 30min watching my gym’s YouTube videos and having a lot of difficulty being motivated.
