Hi everyone! My name is Sawyer Jeppson Pearce and I am the co-founder of a startup company called Health Inspecta. We created an app (Health Inspecta) that just launched on the App Store and on Google Play. It uses AI to scan, analyze, and grade food items according to the user's diet preferences. We developed the app using an app developer company but we want to leave that company and instead join with a technical founder. The technical founder will essentially be on call to update the app, deal with any bugs or crashes, and add any attributes to it we think are necessary. In exchange, the technical founder will receive equity in our company. The exact percentage can be negotiated.
