Software Engineering Super League

Hello devs!

My name is Sorusch - I'm the co-founder of Lighthall, a platform for project-based competitions and interactive classes to get practical experience and qualify for paid internships and entry-level jobs in tech.

Many of us have experienced the "Catch-22 of Entry Level Jobs"... you are expected to have previous work experience for entry-level roles.

We want to help you overcome this Catch-22 by participating in the Software Engineering Super League (SESL):

The SESL is a 5-week hands-on program with 5 levels of engineering challenges - 2 individual challenges and 3 team challenges.

With each level, the projects get more challenging. You will have access to mentors and support at each stage, but it won't be easy to make it as a finalist to the 5th level.

You can build up your portfolio of projects, learn to work in teams of engineers and potentially win an internship at Lighthall. All finalists will be added to a curated talent pool. We are working with employers and companies to monitor our top finalists.

SESL1 will kick off on April 10th for its first challenge. At the end of each week, we will announce the participants who advance to the next stage of the competition. On May 12th, we will hold a virtual event to showcase the best projects and announce all finalists in a grand finale.

Participation is completely free. All you need to invest is passion and perseverance.
