If you can find "30 days to learn html & css" by Jeffrey way, that's the best you can get. Even though it's from 2011. Don't let that put you off. Still relevant and no one teaches better than him.

Ok i'll suggest freecodecamp or codecademy it's teaches you the basic html,css,javascript

I personally enjoyed the code school videos when I was starting, but some people have said it doesn't have enough exercises.
