Desktop Drawio Plugin for updating shape property data values via file or ws call

Is there a desktop drawio plugin that adds a shape property data import/refresh either from file{csv} or restful webservice{json}? This would let you build a template and then just update the property values a drawing using that template by just pointing to a file or webservice
Things that change are ip, FQDN, ports, names, urls etc
