Tailwind is not a js framework.
Quite a few of these are for specific situations.
React based frameworks:
Gatsby for SSG
Next for SSG, SSR, and ISR
Angular is a react alternative
Ionic builds to mobile in the most common ui frameworks (angular, react and Vue)
Now that we got that out of the way the question is hard to say but I think we're going to see a lot of potential from React, Nextjs and Remix.
If SvelteKit goes 1.0 this year then, them too potentially.
There's a lot of learnings being implemented from each framework so I think there will be a lot more DX improvements between Next, Remix, and SvelteKit.
But, this is just a hypothesis so do with it what you will.
