Stage 5: Predictive quality management. The system identifies agents showing early decline patterns before their scores drop — specific interaction types where quality is degrading, time-of-shift performance curves, signs of script drift. Supervisor intervention happens before customer impact.
What each stage unlocks
Stage 3 is the visibility step. Going from 2% to 100% coverage changes what QA knows about the floor. The full agent performance distribution becomes visible for the first time.
Stage 4 changes the intervention model. A supervisor who can redirect a compliance risk call before it closes prevents the complaint, not just documents it.
Stage 5 is the cost reduction that compounds. Proactive intervention on agents showing early decline prevents escalations and regulatory incidents that are expensive to recover from.
