My name is Amanat Mann, and I’m an app developer based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Over the past few years, I’ve designed and developed several mobile applications with a focus on usability, performance, and real-world impact.
This post is a brief introduction to who I am, the technologies I use, and the projects I’ve been working on. If you're a developer, designer, or tech enthusiast, I hope this gives you some insight into my development journey and interests.
Background: Who is Amanat Mann?
I began my journey into software development with a strong interest in mobile technology. What started as curiosity quickly turned into a career path focused on app development. I’ve worked across both Android and iOS, building apps that are not only functional but also intuitive and user-friendly.
- Some of the projects I’ve worked on include:
- A smart expense tracker with budgeting tools
- A guided wellness app with daily content
- An e-learning mobile platform for students
These projects helped shape my approach to user experience, performance optimization, and mobile architecture.
Tools and Languages I Use
As a developer, I’ve built a versatile tech stack that includes:
- Languages: Kotlin, Java, Swift, Dart, JavaScript
- Frameworks: Flutter, React Native
- Tools: Android Studio, Xcode, Figma, Git
- Backend: Node.js, Firebase, MongoDB
I enjoy working in both native and cross-platform environments depending on the project requirements.
What I’m Currently Learning
Continuous learning is a big part of my routine. Right now, I’m expanding my skills in:
- Advanced backend development with Node.js and Express
- Flutter state management using Riverpod and Bloc
- Implementing AI and ML in mobile apps
Current Projects
At the moment, I’m developing a personal finance app that analyzes user spending and offers smart recommendations. It combines mobile development with backend services and light machine learning functionality.
Let's Connect
