But, just wanted to know what is your source of information regarding salaries?
Salaries also depend on location and various other factors.

Or I am taking it in the wrong direction and this is a marketing post?

I have used Glassdoor as my resource.
And Obviously as time passes the Actual salaries will increase and can vary.
